Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: The Ban last month was because I left while cuffed because I had to attend an event with my IRL buddies for what we call Raid Night in Final Fantasy XIV Online. I probably could have just taken the arrest, but I was more focused on hanging out with my friends at the time. The other 2 warns are from when I first started in 2024 and an 096 incident where I forgot to wait the 60 seconds before roaming after killing someone.

How long have you been a Senior Agent for?: I was Senior Agent for about 3 months back in Early 2024. I believe my name during that time was Ember "Blaze" Carter or something very similar to that. As of right now my current stint is right at 2 weeks (literally I turn 2 weeks on Wednesday). While I do remember most of my
Why are you applying for Special Agent?: I am applying for Special Agent because I want to advance my career in the DEA. I've always kept a small eye on the DEA despite this being my first real stint with the DEA since my return after the 4 month break between May and September of last year. Also, my current time with the DEA has been some of the most fun I've ever had playing on the server. I do remember most of my original stint and I did have some fun memories during that time as well. I also have enjoyed some of the diplomatic escort missions I've been a part of and some of the fun stuff I've gotten up to with Site Admin (thanks again to Coke for causing Edwin Richtofen to now share a body with Kane Halstead). I also want to pay back to the DEA for all the fun moments it has given me. I also want to get back into a leadership role and Special Agent seems like it will be fun change of pace from my previous CL4 experience.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?: I am no stranger to CL4 Leadership. I am a former Executive Researcher where I spent a good amount of time teaching newer researchers how to write great documents and help them come up with great ideas for testing. While I don't have an experience with a combative CL4, I'm ready and willing to learn from any DEA Manager and Special Agents that have been in the position longer than I have been. I have also a very creative mind as I write on the side where I have an account with 2.2k followers and also I majored in Communications in College with a minor in Creative Writing. I believe that the skills I have learned both in-game and real-life can easily translate into becoming a fantastic Special Agent that will make the DEA proud.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?: As a former Executive Researcher I have written several documents ranging from good to excellent. During my time as an Executive, I learned that a good document doesn't need to follow every rule to a tee. Good documents of course should be easy to read, easy to understand, be free of spelling mistakes, and be free of grammar mistakes. If you want to enhance a good document, then it is time to add your own spin to it. Back in my day I used to add little footnotes to the bottom of my documents with little things i called Richtofen's Range of Facts where I would give my own opinion's on a a subject. But to be fair, what makes a good document depends on the person as in the end, good is good in the eyes of the beholder.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?: The responsibilities of a Special Agent are, Making sure that Site is protected from the hostile GOI's such as The Chaos Insurgency, Making sure that possible info breaches are dealt with according to guidelines, Making sure that diplomacy is conducted in an upstanding and professional manner. Special Agents also need to conduct Senior Agent tryouts, make sure that permits are issued to MC&D. A special agent should also focus on training up the new recruits in the DEA and giving them the proper punishment if they violate the DEA Rules and Guidelines (also making sure the punishment isn't too strict but fair)
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Current Time: 1600
Date: [REDACTED}
Location: Site-65 of the SCP Foundation
Currently, DEA Senior Agent Kane Halstead can be seen cleaning his gun inside the Senior Agent bunks. The speaker inside the bunks then begins to buzz to life and a voice can be heard.
DEA Director: Will Senior Agent Kane Halstead, please report to my office at once?
Kane stops cleaning his gun and sighs as he grabs his helmet and holsters his gun onto his back.
Kane: Wonder what this is about...
Just as Kane is about to leave, the voice that is now stuck inside his head thanks to Site Manager Coke speaks up.
Edwin(In-head): Ah don't worry Kane, I was called to the Research Director's office several times during my time as an executive, you'll be fine.
Kane(In-head): Yeah... because coming from the guy who gave an SCP Diabetes because he felt like is so... comforting.
Kane sighs and makes his way out of the Senior Agent bunks and towards the Director's office. Once he arrives he knocks on the door and enters.
Kane: You wanted to see me Sir?
Director: Ah Senior Agent Halstead, please have a seat.
Kane: Of course, what is it you wanted to see me for sir?
The director pulls out four different items, a CL4 keycard with Kane's name on it, a pair of sunglasses, and black dress shirt with a red tie, a sniper's license, and an AS-VAL.
Kane: Sir, is this?
DEA Director: It is. We've been very impressed with your performance since you joined us. You've killed over 50 CI just on your own, including 3 juggernaut units. I've been told by some of the younger agents that they look up to you.
Kane: Sir... I don't know what to say. Are you sure? You are aware of... him right?
DEA Director: Yes, we are aware of your situation with Edwin Richtofen in your head, but you've shown great control over him. We have good faith you can keep him under that control... so Kane Halstead, are you ready to become a DEA Special Agent?
Kane looks at the five items in-front of him, then Edwin speaks to him.
Edwin (In-Head): I would take it! I've always wanted to use a sniper! Well... I suppose I get to watch YOU use the sniper.
Kane(In-Head): You aren't going to try and take control?
Edwin(In-Head): Not at all, you've been working at this a lot longer then I've been in your head, so have fun with this. Besides, this should be fun for me as well.
Kane takes a deep breath at looks at the Director before taking the sunglasses and putting them on.
Kane: I would be honored to become a Special Agent.
The DEA Director and Kane shake hands.
DEA Director: Welcome Aboard, Special Agent Halstead-Richtofen.
