Please state if it is for SCP-RP UK or USA: usa
Level of appeal (2 or 3): 2
Have you already carried out a level 1 appeal - please give details: yuh, "Hey sorry for the wait we were discussing, I’m going to encourage you to go to Lv2 which would be on the forums since we’re all a bit hesitant on accepting this portion of the appeal"
Who did you carry out the level 1 appeal to, and where: orca, discord
Rank demoted from: special agent
Who demoted you?: they told me it was a "group decision"
Date of demotion?: 28.07.2024
What is the case against you?: "so you were demoted from CL4 positions on DEA due to unprofessionalism, after being striked for arguing with a site manager in comms, and we continued to get reports about you failing to do your duty as a special agent, which evidently lead us to believing you needed to be removed from the positions" -Orca [ also the unprofessionalism has been voided to my knowledge ]
Is this true?: not really
Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?: not really demoted but kicked from e11
Please list any previous roleplay demotion appeals: I don't got any to my knowledge
What is your side of the story?:
:: alrighty so there was some agent that wanted a normal agent training, i was on field agent and had to get off soon to help my mother with some stuff, so i asked 4 other special agents kindly to please train the agent in which they all [or atleast 3/4] DECLINED [also failing to do their job funny enough] to my knowledge atleast. so after that i was on surface for like 2min before having to get off. this whole thing was like 5 minutes at max 6minutes before i logged off from the server and gmod entirely. [ i can add more stuff but they are not THAT related to the specific question given kap5643 ]

Hello,

After an in-depth review and investigation conducted by Site Administration, we came to the conclusion that your demotion was justified. To note, Site Administration does not particularly investigate whether or not the demotion was too harsh or too soft, we instead investigate for signs of corruption, bias, nepotism, and other things of that nature that would imply that the demotion was given out of malicious intent. And given the facts and evidence, we have found no sign of bias or unjust corruption at play in your demotion.

It is worth noting that holding a whitelisted or supervisory position is a privilege given to those who have gone above and beyond and showcase remarkable leadership skills, professionalism, and knowledge on their department. Your management team decided that you did not meet these standards for such a position and did not feel comfortable keeping you in a position of power within their department. And after review, we've decided that it is their decision and there is no signs of malicious intent or bias behind the demotion. However, you are not blacklisted from this position and may be re-instated by the management team in the future through standard means at their discretion.

- Site Manager Corvus
