Ban Reason: “Harassment & Toxicity”
Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I believe a permanent ban in the first place was a complete over reaction in what punishment to hand out. I was banned permanently after a 3 message conversation with Archangel reading as such.
K: “How long have you been sober from 1942 RP?”
A: “Do you want a harassment report made on you?”

While I’m not going to sit here and deny that I shouldn’t have responded in such a way I believe that saying that is miles below things said daily in messhall and should not have been taken as seriously as it was. On the “harassment” issue after seeing the response from the Senior who banned me to another SL member it was due to “Repeatedly coming after some dude calling him a nazi cause he used to play 1942 RP… dude has been going after him for like a year” this is partially untrue a year ago a report was made to MRP SL at the time by Archangel claiming that I made Nazi comments towards him due to him being apparently Polish. This was dropped immediately because I had only brought it up as he role played as a Nazi officer in a video still on youtube, in response I was told not to make comments towards him again which I agreed to and did not for some time. ONLY in the last maybe 2 months since then I may be wrong have I said anything in relation to Archangel and in none of these instances did I call him a Nazi I cracked a joke by simply calling him by his rp name at the time “Augustus Krone” nothing more and in this instance above that is IT. I don’t believe this constitutes harassment of a player enough to warrant a permanent ban and can only imagine the version of events given by Archangel was blown out of proportion for his own benefit, Archangel has also had me blocked for quite awhile and CHOSE to respond to my sober comment instead of just moving on with his day as anyone else would. All in all I believe this was an obvious overreaction to something so minor which could have been solved with a conversation or a timeout. I would also like to add the Senior Admin who banned me has his steam name set to “Jewish Lightning” an offensive term towards Jewish folk from most sources I could find which to me signals bias towards a Nazi rp player but that’s up to whoever deals with the complaint. My message enquiring about the length of my ban also went ignored by the Senior. I’m happy to have given my side of the story and hope that I’ve provided enough information to make a fair judgement. If not or if anymore is requested I’m open to any discussion with whom ever deals with this complaint, apologies for the yap but I wanted my side of the story completely laid out.
