What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
The keypad system adds a 'quality of life fix' to make it so that actual keystrokes of 0-9 would work; inputting it.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
To my knowledge, there hasn't been a suggestion like this yet.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Faster/easier to input numbers into the keypads.
Fixes possible cursor/mouse-related problems, especially click-based lag issues.
Makes it a bit more reliable overall.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Technically will stop the 1-6 quick-select binds for weapons, but only during the interface usage.
In terms of Development, this would be really low-priority or unnecessary; it's QOL, and the keypad feature isn't used by the grand majority of the playerbase.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
There is virtually no downside to adding this, it would just be nice to have, especially since simply using a cursor obviously isn't the best.
