Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings?
Honestly I don't know what i did to receive the ban for FearRp | LTARP, as i got that when i hopped on once to the server and don't remember breaking any rules. As for the more recently RDM warn, that was given for killing a DC disguised as an O1 when they failed a code word check (I gave them 3 seconds when they are supposed to get 5 seconds). As of going through this app again, I have not accumulated any other warns/bans/whatever.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: I'm the best candidate for OA for a variety of reasons. For starters, I have months of senior cl4 experience, as well as a variety of previously held junior cl4 whitelists including at one point OA, so I understand what is expected and required from an OA. Additionally, I always put my best foot forward and try to deliver the highest quality work in the most timely matter when it comes to orders or just whatever the 05 may need. I also have a great amount of patience for handling problems, working well with other people especially in conflict resolution, always aiming to make sure both parties are satisfied with any outcome. Lastly, I always have an open mind working with people and am always willing to give a listening ear as well as taking the time to really learn the ins and outs of what is expected from me.
To add on to this app, i feel like my leadership abilities and roleplay skills within the server are the best they ever have been. I feel i have learned much from being O1 com when it comes to creating roleplay for other people instead of only consuming it. Additionally, my abilities to carry out projects and work with others has reached a peak over the past 3 months as I've worked with many other different departments/regiments to either facilitate or directly be apart of projects and see them to fruition. One last thing I'd like to touch upon as something that i have improved upon since my last application is my conflict resolution skills. I have had the opportunity to personally solve problems that were not exclusively only rooted in O1. My personal philosophy when it comes to resolving conflicts within the server has been refined, and whilst some might disagree i aim to solve problems in a way where both parties can come to a resolution that benefits and contributes to the joy of playing on the server for both sides. Whilst i know this in an idealistic way to approach conflict, I always put my best foot forward to make sure people enjoy the game they are playing.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?: They essentially carry out orders for 05. They are their eyes and ears when not on site. They are also expected to uphold site operations in absence of 05 and SC in order to ensure order. For example, they can Auth AA, issue kill orders, and issue sweeps of dblock in place of SC's absence. And lastly, they are normally expected to make reports of departments and MTFS excluding AOs for 05 to review, whether it be the department as whole or a certain member in said department to evaluate their position.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?: Originally, I applied for OSA as a stepping stone towards SA as i thought the kinds of roleplay and assignments i would do as an OSA would be most inline with SA. However, i now would like to apply for OSA because i want to expand my roleplay skills in a less combative focused way. I think OSA would be the correct jr. CL4 position for me to enhance my non combative roleplay skills whilst still doing something i enjoy.

Right, well the Director and I both believe that we may have made progress towards our understanding of SCP-049 and towards the goal of curing those infected by SCP-008. After multiple sessions discussing with SCP-049, we came to the conclusion that many details he describes of the pestilence could overlap with known effects of SCP-008.
Where are you going with this?
We believe that if we can introduce SCP-049 to an SCP-008 instance, we may be able to discover more about the pestilence and SCP-008 itself. Safety procedures would include-

Well, i have always believed that the ends justify the means. We get dirty, the world stays clean, that type of thing. But Ethics didn't seem to share the same ideologies, and i found that i couldn't in good faith continue my work there.
