Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?: One time for RDM as a Class D
Why should you be unbanned: I was brought by this staff member for b-hopping around D-Block while the server was on super low pop. He brought me and told me it was FailRP. I told him I'm pretty sure its not FailRP and that I don't think he can punish me for simply b-hopping around an empty D-Block; I also asked if I could speak to some sort of supervisor, which he ignored. He then proceeded to warn me, jail me for about 600 seconds, and then finished it off with a 5 day ban for the reasons I said above. I assume the Staff Disrespect part is when I said he has control issues.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Well if b-hopping really is not allowed then I simply won't do it anymore.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I love the server and the community. The staff is usually very helpful and people are fun to interact and roleplay with on the server. It's basically the only reason I play on GMOD anymore and I don't want one bad experience with an abusive staff member to ruin that.
P.S: I just want to point out that he added in NITRP and Toxicity for absolutely no reason. The FailRP I can understand if it truly is against the rules to b-hop, and I assume the Staff Disrespect is for calling out his control issues. As for NITRP and Toxicity, I spend three quarters of my time on the server doing legitimate roleplay as a Researcher and have had no issues with toxic behavior. I'm just assuming the staff member that banned me needed more reasons for a 5 day ban so he just made some up. I hope this gets looked at and considered for appeal. Thank you
