To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted?: I've sent a picture of an individuals face to a friend of mine before becoming staff
Please list any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP (incl. game streaming, e.g. GeForce Now): I only hopped on Teamspeak to talk to people I know, then I stopped and purposefully exposed myself so I can get banned.
Please list any alt accounts: dont have any

What will you do to stop this from happening again: well first whenever I see pictures of people on the platform, I'll ignore them or tell someone about it, and keep my circle very close.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted? well a former colleague of mine used to mess about and warn each other with silly reasons, and then we removed them after.
Why should you be unblacklisted: I don't believe I deserve to be unblacklisted but since a year passed after my blacklist, I would like to take my chances and see the result, I don't plan on playing or spending most of my time in the community like I used to, I simply want to join teamspeak and speak to a few friends of mine and leave after.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: By reading the server rules and the community rules.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: tldr I have a few friends who still play in this community and I wish to communicate with them.
