List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I use proton VPN on the regular, however I have not attempted to rejoin the server ever since blacklisted, I have used proton prior to getting blacklisted.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted:
What will you do to stop this from happening again: There is not much I can add since the last blacklist appeal, I have put the work into myself and no longer suffer from what I suffered prior, and I will continue working on myself.
Why should you be unblacklisted: Its the summer and I wanna spend some time with my friends on one server and roleplay how I used to. I have gotten better and no longer have issues with the things I used to prior to getting blacklisted (i am no longer dependent on the server mentally).
