Experience
I have a lot of experience whithing the site and working with other departments, such as General security department, Department of External affairs, Department of Internal security etc etc. As well as i posses the experience of a junior clearance level 4 personnel. This is in my opinion crucial for an assistant due to the fact ethics committee assistants have the duty to keep a healthy relationship with other departments.
Knowledge
I have a lot of knowledge about the site, about roleplay scenarios, familiarity with the duties of an Ethics committee assistant as well as an etiquette of one.
Time & Dedication
I have a lot of time and dedication that i wish to put into this role whithin Site-65. I can use this time and dedication to learn, improve, grow and gain more experience than i already have.
Responsibility
I will take responsibility for the mistakes that i will unfortunately inevitably cause along my journey to a good ethics committee assistant, i will use these mistakes to grow and further fulfill my purpose whithin the foundation.
Loyality
I am loyal to the SCP foundation and no one else.
Traits
My human traits that i posses are my most vaulable asset probably till now. I can keep calm even in stressful situations as well as manage multiple tasks at once while adapting to my surroundings.
Professionalism & maturity
When things get serious, i am completely able to switch to a professional and calm demeanor during serious roleplay, admit somethines i do struggle with keeping a straight face, but i have been able to get better and better at being professional and mature.
Communication
I do believe that communication for this position is extremely important, no only do assistants have to communicate with the Ethics committee, but also the entire foundation staff in order to resolve issues, get information and to keep a good relationship with other departments which i have mentioned is quite important.
Documentation and ilustration
I am able to write and make quite nice and professional documents both in game and using external sources such as google documents.
When not busy, assisting other lower ranking foundation personnel, such as ISD agents, etc etc. Giving them tours around the site, involving them more in roleplay and explaining essencials of how Site-65 works and what is their duty.
Ethics committee assistants are required to observe and act. Observing their surroundings is extremely important, not only to not put themselfs into bad situations (such as in middle of an raid or to the point where they could get kidnapped by hostile GOI), but also to make sure that the foundation legal codex is enforced properly, with added adition of the code of ethics.
Represent the ethics committee is one of the key duties of an assistant, since the members of the ethics committee are not gonna be always on site, the duty comes to someone else aka being the assistant for the ethics committee. This involves giving signatures, coming to meetings, fulfilling orders and others.
Improving public perception of the ethics committee is also one of the key duties of an assistant. Making sure that the ethics committee members are not seen in a negative light while maintaining healthy relationship with staff and other departments.
Create roleplay. I do think that assistants should create extra roleplay situations for as much foundation staff as they can while not 'forcing it' on anyone.
Always maintaining a certain level of professionalism and maturity.
Being active and going above and beyond.
Approving mass termination pass airlock and authorizing advanced weapons when necessary.
Always showing respect to both those who are above as well as those who are below them in the chain of command.
