Age: 21
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: MST
Character name(s): Leo Macarther
Civilian name: N/a
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?:

-

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:

- i have no MTF or CI roles. i do however have a GOC named Frosted, although he's only a LCPL

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

No warns bans or kicks

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?

- I have been in research for a long time, I am very passionate about my work and I believe I can do more to improve the research branch as an Executive researcher, as well as I can further assist in training new researchers. to show how I enjoy helping new researchers I allow lower-level researchers to join me in tests so they may gain experience.

I believe I can also do more research and assist in the understanding of SCPS with the higher responsibility and clearance that comes with being an executive researcher.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:

- I have a lot of experience in research, from my well-reviewed research documents to the way I hold myself and do my tests. I try my best to follow the procedures that I am aware of. I have plenty of experience with CRB having been part of it for over a month as well as aiding new researchers with learning how to write out documents and understand how research operates around here. I hope that I can continue this work and help the research department make newer and more exciting discoveries if I am to become an executive researcher

I also can be vary responsible and stick close to guidelines as shown by the fact i am a senior moderator

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?

- I pride myself on my documents, I am there in explanations and detailed in my analysis. I attempt to stay focused during tests to the best of my ability and will gather all information from the smallest thing to the largest objects.
officially I have at least 6 excellent documents with one even being in review by the ethics committee.

What makes a great document is the following:
one must have a clear goal of study, being sure to flush out what they wish to research, a document should be full of information on the test, being detailed with the SCP information which is being researched. for example, when testing on SCP-999 one shouldn't describe it as jello, a proper example would be a large orange amorphic blob of roughly 55pounds

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

- An executive researcher holds a lot of responsibility compared to that of a senior researcher, such as aiding new researchers to learn the ropes of being a member of the research department. reviewing and signing testing and sampling documents for various members of the research department as well as overseeing and assisting in testing and various research projects

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Leo Macarther was born in LA, he grew up in the city and had always had a fascination with understanding the way the world works. As a young man, he entered UCLA hoping to get a degree in microbiology minoring in epidemiology and anthropology. getting a job in a lab where he could study things under a microscope was never his passion instead he signed up with the CDC where he traveled the world researching the most deadly viruses and largest threats known to him at the time. Leo would devour any knowledge world which eventually led him down a path into the occult, he became a master in an obscure occult science much to the mockery of his allies in the scientific community.
Soon Leo was approached by a strange group of people who invited him to do something for humanity instead of being mocked by his fellow members of the scientific community. he accepted and was brought into the SCP Foundation where his skills and talents became very useful when it came time to understand the nightmares that the foundation kept safely locked up.

His life in the foundation was one excitement after another, rapidly rising the ranks to senior researcher before joining the CRB. Leo was good at his job, running tests on Scps such as Scp-087, Scp-966, and Scp-999. Trying to find new and interesting ways to test on these Scps. his mind expanded outwards and now he seeks to understand subjects such as 096 regeneration, potential ways to apply new medical techniques to the foundation, new armor, and weaponry ideas, and research into the origin of human consciousness. but as he did his research with his trusted mentor Athena tragedy struck when he, Athena, and Astrid were kidnapped by the serpents hand, unfortunately, he was the sole survivor of the serpents hand ruthless attack and kidnapping, although he still misses his mentor, and hopes to continue her research where she left off, on a mission to ensure her death wasn't in vane. and now with hundreds of ideas sprouting and his promise to finish Athena's research he places his hand in the ring of the executive researchers.
