What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It would show the percentage of people who have the achievement before they achieve it instead of afterwards.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
Makes them more rewarding to get and would make people more likely to focus on their job if it contributed to a rare achievement. One example of this would be the fix 1000 doors achievement. Nobody knows how many people have as so few people have it but it would provide extra incentive for tech experts and the like to focus on doing there job especially if they can see how rare it is. It would also make the achievements more transparent in terms of readability etc and i think it would also make the more rare achievements more valuable if people can see how rare they are. An example of this might be escape the warhead as a D class. Overall it would serve to increase bragging rights for those who have them and would motivate people to do their job for some of the more rp based ones such as reparing computers or reviving people.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it would overall be a nice and probably fairly simple to implement change that would bring more overall value to achievements and promote rp for some of the jobs with less to do such as tech experts. I think this would overall be a positive change for achievements and would also make the some of the limited time ones like the Halloween ones more special. I'd also imagine it wouldn't be something particularly hard to implement as they already show the percentage after you get them.
