I have held CI-B, UNGOC SPC, MTF Nu-7 CPL and TGM, I'm currently holding GSD Sergeant, MTF E-11 Sergeant and SCP-22415 Whitelist.

I had a warn but got it removed, so currently I have a clean slate in terms of my warns, im so pro!!!
What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I know the lore to SCP-096 and I know what I need to do when someone views my face/picture, and personally from what I've been told I'm a very vocal person, so crying is gonna be a fun thing I wanna do into the mic, adding more immersion to the roleplay with more realistic and new crying than what 096 plays constantly
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
This depends, if SCP-096 is pacified specifically via killing someone and losing rage, stay sat down for 60 seconds, crying and waiting that 60 second cooldown before continuing movement throughout the site, specifically aiming to escape via walking to EZ and then to surface, killing anyone who views your face along the way to surface.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
SCP-096 is only allowed to be where his targets have seen him, for example if his target is IN D Block, then yes, he can be in D block, however if his target is in medical he cannot make a detour into d block to try farm more enraged people, SCP-096 is also allowed to walk wherever he pleases, preferably trying to walk towards EZ to get to surface, where the ultimate goal of every SCP is located, escaping the facility.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
SCP-096's is pacified as the first step, aka killing his target
SCP-096 has a bucket placed ontop of his head, and just incase everyone in the area is supplied with scrambles
SCP-096 is beamed and cuffed
SCP-096 is safely escorted by 1 or 2 people equipped with scrambles back to his CC, albeit while 096 doesn't attempt to break out or resist, simply walking where hes taken.
SCP-096 is recontained.
