Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Most of my warns are over a year+ old I have not received any recently.

Why are you applying for Director of Internal Affairs?
Like most people I am applying for DoISD for advancement within the department and because I enjoy being in the division itself. Before the ISD rework I had not had much interest in the department until it went over its full rework. With the department given more tools and abilities I would love to be able to improve the department to give it more opportunities to roleplay and help the department become more active.

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Affairs?:
My Current Experience: I have been with the department full time ever since the rework happened and was one of the first hand selected inspectors before the test/tryout was made. Having had the opportunity to move through the ranks of the departments reworked structure since day 1 of the rework I have first hand knowledge of what is wrong with the current setups and what I can do to improve it.
My CL4 Experience: I have had the opportunity to take part in multiple CL4 roles including GENSEC, ISD, and MTF's which has giving me first hand knowledge on how leadership works on a command level.
My Senior CL4 Experience: As stated in my roles I have held a previous department director role within GENSEC, and while there are differences between the two departments there are many things that can be easily transferred when it comes to skills and knowledge.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Affairs in RP?:
The DoISD has many responsibilities that are similar to other CL4 ISD personnel in the sense of carrying out sensitive investigations. Some things that are unique to the DoISD are as follows.

- Managing the entirety of the ISD Department.
- Writing and implementing new policy changes within the department.
- Looking over and approving inspector applications as well as appointing new commissioners.
- Acting as the last level of escalation for Issues regarding Ethical and Conduct Violations.
- Working with Site Admin and Command to set up high risk investigations
