Make a on/off toggle for the chat click sound when a message is received

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- You dont get the click sound all the time
- You choose when to have it on or off

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None. Its a toggle.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Its a small, minuscule tweak. And it can be very helpful to a lot of people. Chat is already full of colors, youre not going to miss a message.
