What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Simple quality of life update, set it so when you click on an item, it starts a timer in menu so you don't have to fail to dispense it to see how much time you have left.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It'd make the process of dispensing a little bit less fiddly, especially with health packs.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
It'd increase the use rate of items, and cause people to Game Harder.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Probably simple to patch in. Messing with a dispenser to check your cooldowns isn't fun. Getting the thing you want from the dispenser is.
