What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Changing the departmental comms system from working when you write something like:
"gensec get to D block"
To only work when saying:
"/gensec get to D block"
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Makes normal conversation a lot easier
This seems like a bug since it impedes how people talk?
I'd imagine it's quite easy to fix
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Might be intentional and some people like this more
Might be quite difficult to fix
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
For some reason if you type something like:
"A1 with the machine gun, follow me"
In chat it will tell you: "You do not have access to A1 comms" as if you've written:
"/A1 with the machine gun, follow me"
This really seems like a bug and makes talking about or with somebody from a different departmnet more annoying since you have to re-write your sentences to make sure a faction name isn't at the start of it
