Make outer electrical centre doors CL3 with override for Tech Expert job.
Note: this means the outer door, not the inner door that leads to the lighting/teslas/etc. controls.

Not that I am aware. The override feature is new.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This would make Tech Experts' jobs a lot easier, allow for more E&TS RP, and generally give the electrical centres more purpose and expand the available space for RP.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Allows electrical subsystem boxes in electrical centres to actually get fixed (it's often extremely difficult if not impossible to get a CL3 to turn up and open a door, nevermind CL4)
- Opens up a new RP location for E&TS, as the whole room is just electrical stuff and servers
- Allows broken subsystem boxes in there to be noticed by other personnel, as usually nobody goes into them at all
- Allows IA to access these areas to find and arrest people messing around in there (e.g. people that get CL4s and turn off the lights)
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- May make it easier for minges to get in and fuck about (see above point - IA can also get in, balancing this out, plus they'd still need CL4 to get into the control room part)
- Affects raid balance - raiders can get into there easier (though so can Foundation)
- ISD have two less rooms to do unspeakable things to people (they have an entire wing of the site each to do this, they don't need it)
