What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It adds a system where everytime you walk over a wet (dirty) surface theres a 15% chance you trip for 2 seconds and it takes 2HP from you (doesn't give you god mode in the ground)
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't really think more people have suggested this because its something people dont really think about because irl they dont walk over wet thing without thinking about it.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
If you are trying to restrain someone and they trip it would make it easier.
When you are in any type of fight against a GOI it could give you a slight advantage.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
If you are responding to a code 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and you trip so everyone dies because of it.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It would be a game changer, the possibility of your character slipping and falling would sometimes make a funny thing depending on context and also turn the tables in the middle of a gunfight. CI has to be OP because of what they do, but what if the juggernaut slips and gets shot 200 times? It would make alot of thing pretty difficult without it being like this all the time.
