What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
In the new VChat tab config splits the OOC filter up into Global OOC and Local OOC filters.

Haven't seen a suggestion regarding this yet
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows for filtering out spammy Global OOC while still being able to see important Local OOC.
Helps avoid mixing by still allowing people to use LOOC chat when they disable the OOC chat.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
One more filter to enable if you'd want to fully stop seeing OOC
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think that based on the positives compared to the negatives this suggestion should be accepted since it should be very simple to implement, and more fine tuning is always good
