Denied Make teamspeak not mandatory for MTF

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Due to the existence of radios in the game we could drop teamspeak from being required to becoming a MTF member

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Remove a feature that puts people off joining MTF
Lowers the amount of ghosting/metagaming caused by teamspeak
Increases accessibility due to teamspeak not being available everywhere
Adds RP due to the radio frequency being able to be hijacked by CI

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Possible backlash from people who prefer teamspeak to radios

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this suggestion should be implemented so MTF can be more accessible and less prone to accidental metagaming/ghosting.
