What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes it easier to give credit to fellow members of your regiment without having to ask for someone to approve credit
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I know of
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-No need to bother SA to approve cred
-Credit for those who deserve it
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Possible abuse from other CO's but doubt this would happen anyway
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it should just be rational for commisioned officers to be able to give credit to their hard working enlisted or NCO's without having to get it approved. I don't think it'd take long to do and I think it'd work out great
