Denied Map of the surface

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Not sure if this comes under Server Specific Suggestions, but it could be added to both add a map to the sop wing with callout names, to allow all sop to show new players/SOP members to better see the surface that they work on. This same map could be added to the CI base and GOC base if they don't have one, as shown at the bottom, this space could be used.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
unsure, but all the maps I have seen have gone, and I can't find updated maps.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It allows nu-7/dea to better train the new recruits and allows training and map knowledge tests for people.
allows others to use and plan operations for anyone who would need a surface experience for example RSD leadership when they go to GOC base for talks.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Unfair if only one GOI has access to the map.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
allows people to learn the surface and show new players around, and allows SOP to enhance onboarding and experience of players when new to SOP.​

This is something that can be done by Departmental and Regiment leaders by asking SL to add a decal, no suggestion needed.

As stated above by Charles, decals can be placed by any staff member of Administrator rank and above. These can be made by people in the community (bonus points for making it look nice with one of the server's talented artists). So if you need a map I recommend checking with people if anybody can draw them nicely and make it look like an informative poster.
