Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?: Medical needs consultants and those who are on-site in the late hours.
-
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?: I have a vast amount of medical experience and know all the existing medical practices/procedures. I go out of my way to stop anything unimportant I'm doing to help anyone in need when they come to me. I stay professional in my field and enjoy training others in my department when they are confused about what to do or need guidance. I engage in roleplay scenarios and enjoy creating scenarios for others when possible. I listen and relay information to my higher-ups and SL whenever I can, ooc and/or in-character.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice: Many to choose from, such as fixing fractures, curing ill personnel from diseases, and performing ECT. But so far my favorite has to be curing Stone-man Syndrome with the use of Static Fluid or Crystalized blood. It feels like a combination of curing and SCP effect as well as using medicine. Along with the urgency of it, at least with D-Class. It feels exciting to rush to the Chemlab, load an injection vial with Static Fluid, load it into an injection gun, and then administer the Fluid to the patient. Of course, letting them know of the chemical, what it will do, and the side effects. It's best to always get their consent before injecting, though, unless they don't have enough time left to live.

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?: We teach Trainees how to perform ECT, cure fractures and illnesses, how to properly heal personnel, as well as all of the policies we are all expected to follow by hosting training lectures followed by a license test. We approve Trainees who have passed their medical licensing exams and issue their medical licenses. We are also expected to punish medical staff by revoking their licenses if they violate too many foundation and medical policies. We report any information about medical personnel, medical reports, or medical tests to our higher-ups, including the Site Administration and Director of Medicines, if it is hazardous or requires approval. Medical consultants also train and approve Combat Medic Whitelists through hosting Combat Medic Tryouts. Another thing is keeping the chem-lab storage stocked and updating logs for the consultant's office's chemical storage. Consultants are encouraged to assist with RP and LARP, not just within medical. This brings people together more and creates more interactions.

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Mazarine Marwood (A.K.A Maz 'Gwee') found reliable medical work in Pinewood some years back, but has gone through various violent roller-coasters since then. Multiple C.I. Kidnappings, experiments, and her arms amputated. Thankfully, G.O.C. returned them to her the last time with new ones. After the experiments that she wishes not to talk about. She has been developing weak reality-bending powers that require a lot of mental energy, such as weak telekinesis, cell repairing, and lesser object-manifestation abilities. These objects only seem to manifest in relation to Maz's current mental state. When she feels extremely threatened, small energy daggers, or sometimes a long sword, swirl with translucent power in her hands. When relaxed, she is rarely seen meditating while floating slightly above the floor or seat. Most of the time, the objects are harmless, just recreations of simple mental images or things she's seen recently, if she can still remember the details. On rare occasions when Maz does not have her Med-Kit (I.E. not on a medical role) she uses her cell-repairing abilities on those in dire need of medical aid, and it is as effective as a standard-issue field-kit. It is unknown if Maz is officially classified as a Type-Blue by Research and the Facility, but she proudly considers herself one. Even though her powers are very weak most of the time. But more remains to be discovered about the power beneath her eye-patch.
It was a quiet day within the Facility. Maz was escorting a researcher, GSD and D-Class to a test in HCZ. Her intention was to be there to provide medical assistance to the D-Class if needed and to supervise the test to ensure it complied with policies. Sudden alarms blare that an SCP had breached containment, and panic washes over her. She could feel high humes approaching them, and before she could turn everyone around to flee, 8837 stands before them in his spacesuit. He raises his hand to target the researcher, but Maz quickly jumps in the way of the energy blast that was meant for him. Maz successfully took the bullet for the researcher, but the blast sent her flying backwards into the personnel she was escorting. "Are you okay, consultant?" the GSD asks as he helps the two up. "I'm fine... at least I think so..." The personnel and D-Class stare at Maz with confused, amazed expressions as she begins to glow a deep blue. Rings of energy revolving around her as if she absorbed the blast of energy and its high humes. 8837 is confused but still advances on the group. Before 8837 can use his crushing ability on Maz. She raises her hand and fires a sonic blast at 8837 that only knocks him off his feet, completely using the energy she sponged up. "Alright, let's get you guys to safety." Maz says as she runs back to the entrance of HCZ with her fellow facility members before 8837 can stand back up.
