Denied Merge Staff Rulings and Server Rules

What does this suggestion change/add/remove?:
Merge together the Staff Rulings page and the Server Rules page.

Possible Postivies of the suggestion:
Any and all things that have any bearing over the rules of the servers will be kept to one page.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Merging the two pages would create a longer rules page which can be seen as unsightly to players.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
There is no reason for there to be two seperate pages regarding the server rules. The Staff Rulings page is meant to be clarification on specific rules and definitions of different terms, a person shouldn't have to go to a seperate page each time they are uncertain of what something means. This will simply "expand" upon on the rules page.

The reason we separate these out is to have a section where people can clarifies existing rules without bloating the main rules page. New rules shouldn't go in staff rulings, instead the staff rulings page is for things like explaining 'this thing that has been happening falls under FailRP'. It's basically there as something for staff to point to when a mingey player asks 'where is it in the rules, if it's not there it's not against the rules' 100x over when they're doing something that is obviously FailRP.

It's not intended to be mandatory reading for that exact reason - these are things that are supposed to be covered by the main rules page but need to be written down for people who refuse to take 'no' for an answer in a sit.

Obviously it's not perfectly used, I will probably need to do a review soon and shift some staff rulings into the main rules page where I consider them to be creating a new rule, rather than clarifying an existing one.

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.

As cloak said the pages are separated as the clarifications are just that, explanations of the current rules at hand. We do not see the need to merge the two as we would end up with a dictionary of rules.
