What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Just some minor tweaks that can be done by a Senior Admin+.
Firstly, Janitors should be considered part of E&TS canonically (under the "technical services" part), and also have access to /ets comms.
Secondly, Janitors should be given door override access to low-risk CL2 areas in LCZ/EZ to clean. This would include areas like roaming SCP chambers, and office areas like in RSD and Medbay.
Thirdly, Engineer+ should be given override access to CL2 SCP chambers in LCZ (possibly excluding inner chamber areas, such as the 914 inner BD).
Finally, IT Technician+ should gain override access to low-risk CL2/3 areas that have terminals in, like RSD/Medical offices (CT should ask those departments first if they have any issues with it, like having visible info leak documents in those areas).
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not as far as I'm aware.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This doesn't require any dev work and just gives some minor QoL improvements for Janitors and the CL1 E&TS roles (plus those that interact with them).

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Better cooperation between site staff jobs
- More for the intro E&TS jobs to do, especially IT Technician (and especially after the recent terminal removals)
- Things get left broken in some areas left often
- Better cooperation between Janitors and others on /ets like E-11, AO and SA
- More cooperation -> more opportunity for RP
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Door overrides give opportunity for people to be in places others don't want them to be
- Which is why I specifically said low-risk areas only, and for CT to speak to relevant departments first when deciding which doors should/shouldn't be allowed
- Minor lore change, could maybe have impacts
- Unlikely, given the lack of attention any site staff roles get in RP
