Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I am applying for Special Agent to be able to do more things within the external affairs. I want to help bring in more agents and operatives and help train them, as I am pretty active. I want to conduct more raids and infills on CI and help others do the same. I also want to help with agents and operatives when they starting acting up, either when they break the CoC and CoE, or are just making easily correctable mistakes.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I feel I'm suitable for special agent because I'm pretty active within the on the server. I understand how to do a successful infill without getting caught as I have done this multiple times already without failing. I understand how to handle civilians within the foundation and outside of it. I'm decent at gaslighting civilians who saw "something" and how to proceed after the fact. I'm able to stay calm when negotiations aren't going well and the other side is being disrespectful or blatantly lying. I'm willing and able to make the correct judgment call when handling our own personnel when they aren't doing the right things and I'm willing to do what is necessary to correct them.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
At this moment I have written zero documents. The things that make a good document are having a solid format that is easily readable and coherent. The contents of the document are precise and clear on the wording. The document isn't confusing, hard to understand, or unreadable.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
handle GOI Relations
Keep para-watchers from info-breaching and if the do handle it accordingly.
Create cover stories to spread misinformation about an event that happened.
Help educate new agents/operatives about their job and current GOI relations
Handle negotiations and raids upon other GOI's
Lead interrogations
