What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Hardened Tech Expert(CL 3),Spawns with 50 armor and a Pistol
Head Tech Expert(CL 4, whitelist required), Spawns with 100 armor and a pistol

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that i know of

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Easier access for lvl 3 or 4 doors
let's techs go anywhere to fix stuff like lights and other stuff if no mtf are present
these techs will have a chance to fix and repair stuff during a breach instead of following mtf around
Techs can defend themselves when attacked by SCPs

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Possible RDMs
Possible trolls releasing SCPs
Possible sabotages of systems instead of repairing

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Well Simple, this can allow techs to quickly repair major systems like lights and teslas during raids or breaches, and if people do troll then they can be banned from the whitelisted head tech and also temp banned from the hardened tech(probably a week or month depends on what crime), and these techs are not allowed to issue orders and are not immune to punishments by I.A, I feel this can help overall with situations where the major systems need repairs like yesterday

ah alright the only reason i did make this was because someone told me no one suggested it plus im newer to the forums and i don't fully know how to navigate it

Also next time you make a suggestion like this, be a bit more specific.
Sure a CL4 techie spawns with a pistol and 100 armour, but surely that isn’t it right?
