Move AFK MTF/DEA to choose characters screen.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[If a MTF is afk for more than 10 minutes they'll get kicked off the job and put them to choosing characters screen. This is to prevent there just being a bunch of AFK people filling the requirements for a raid.]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[Yes. Alot has changed with balancing for CI and GOC, with CI having a TB now and GOC having insane guns and thaums.]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Helps low pop server health
Removes alot of the "unfair" raids]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Some people may lose combat chems
They have to press a few keys to get back in the MTF/DEA job.]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Honestly this is one of the most harmless suggestions. ]

Counter: Make it so that DEA/MTF players who are AFK for 10 minutes have their status changed to AFK (or non-combative if less effort) on the tab menu, and make it so that they then don't count towards the counter. It would do what this suggestion does, but if I go to edit a doc, and go do something for 6 minutes, or just don't exit and move in the 10 minutes, I'd rather not be shoved onto the character screen.

+support I think this would do something in terms of stopping the 1 afk nu7 dead on surface from justifying a 5 hour CI raid

I think displaying [AFK] On the tab menu will be enough rather then kicking them.
Add it also to GOC and CI.

How is this gonna be abused
avoiding kidnap rp by going afk then getting auto kicked from the job.

So, im +/- support because of this.
I think it should only count if they are inside the site/compound, and only if they are on a limited slot job.
maybe kick is voided if cuffed as well. or arrested (isd arrest -ur in ur cell)

How is this gonna be abused
-They are kidnapped and don't want to do the RP
-They will go afk, so ci/goc cannot raid during high pop (unlikely, buts its still possible)
-They can also tell some players to afk so they can prevent CI/GOC from doing specific missions during a raid.

This would also make kidnapping impossible, as people who are too lazy to go to their bunks or change character can simply go AFK, and the system will boot them out of the job. This can encourage complacency and, in the long run, hurt the server more than help it.

I understand that CI or GOC will raid during low pop, so I have two solutions you can try to solve the issue the foundation is having during this time.
-Give the CO team the ability to use the demote command since it's their job to supervise their enlist and enforce people to afk in bunks and/or kick them off the job.
or
-CI/GOC will have a time limit if the server pop is about 60 or less and can do very minimal stuff (keycard raid, mini siege, recon, etc.), otherwise

If you don't want to be kidnapped, go to your bunks and afk there.
If you don't want a raid to happen and you are one of the 4 mtf on change jobs and do something else
We shouldn't be rewarding players with laziness/complacency.
