What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Move keycard scanner electrical box away from the PW Loop closet (CL 0 Room), any troll person can go to one of the chemists and buy brodamine for like $500 and ruin fun for like 5 minutes, CI can also do it instantly as well which is extremely unbalanced.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
No more stupid keycard scanners being turned off
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because its common sense that a vital electrical box shouldnt be placed behind a CL 0 door.
