What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
MTF CO officer jobs should have a insta-credit instead of waiting for approval by a director/Exec.
Since cl3 researchers can insta-credit people but not MTF CL4 and when i was an A-1 i did not like waiting for my credit to get approved (took like 2 hours to be approved).
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your Suggestion different?:
I do not think so as ive checked the history and i do not see anything similar.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Dont need to wait for a Exec+ to approve them.
-You get credited instantly after doing good jobs and etc.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Some MTF CL4 might just abuse it and keep on crediting the operatives none stop but i think that will not happend (I hope).
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
As i said cl3 researchers/Bio their credits are insta-credits but MTF CL4 (that are senior cl4s and have experience) needs a Exec+ to approve the credits and that sounds unfair.
