What will you do to stop this from happening again: I suppose I'll disobey orders.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?: No.
Why should you be unbanned: I was following orders from a superior and didn't realize that I would have gotten banned. A superior was gathering about ten different people to just start opening fire on D-class. This was really stupid, the Administrator didn't even fully get my side of the story and basically hinted that he thought I was lying.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: By realizing how stupid it was to follow an order that resulted in a mass-killing.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I've already invested so much time and effort, I really want to play on the server.

You were banned for Mass RDM after killing 5-6 D-Class in D-block without justification. Regardless of instructions from others, you must not violate server rules. If prompted to break rules, kindly clarify the rule in OOC chat and do not execute the order, if they attempt to execute disciplinary actions against you as a result, you may contact staff in-game. You remain accountable for all your actions on the server.

After your ban, the GENSEC sergeant that was making such orders was spoken to and warned for Fail-RP, they were given a five minute staff jail as a punishment.

So, I understand that I did the killing. However, the guy that was ordering people to break rules (which probably 10 other people were also involved in MRDMing people) is only given a slap on the wrist while I'm banned for two weeks? If that seriously is true, then I'm sorry but that is just horribly, horribly wrong. I seriously do not deserve to get punished so ruthlessly while that person is put it timeout for five minutes. That's absolutely absurd. If this ban appeal gets denied, I will not be coming back as that is completely unfair and unjustifiable.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.
In contrast to what Lemmskii said, breaking a rule via following an order typically reflects on the person who ordered the action be taken, rather than the person performing the action. Whoever the Riot SGT was should have gotten the punishment, and you a reminder to not follow orders that break server rules.

Based on the above, I will remove your ban. and if I can figure out why the SGT was, potentially ban them.​
