What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will listen to the Admin or any of my higher ups about what they say
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yes i have got a couple verbal and 2 bans this is my second
Why should you be unbanned: Like i said i should listen to any higher ups and i got banned for having admins following me the whole time was on
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: By reading the rules and following admins command although likely I will break some just like anyone in the courses of rp things happen but can only improve from it.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: because every day i come to the server id like to rejoin the community

Hi @FTOBBiscuit, thanks for taking the time to make an appeal.

I've decided to ban you for 3 days due to the following reasons:

- You were extremely mingey
- You kept violating server rules non-stop after I taught you them
- You were given multiple chances and warned multiples times on the same day
- I've told you if you break another rule, you will be banned for NITRP, in which you decided to not listen at all.

I tried my best to roleplay with you and those around you as well but you seem to not care but only to yourself and go with what the "players" have told you what the server rules are.

Despite all of that, I tried to teach you the rules and explain to you how they worked the first time you were warned but you were being extremely disrespectful and hesitant.

I haven't warned you for mixing yet, but I've told you off way too many times to stop mixing and gave you lots of chances but you did not care at all. The same thing goes for breaking FearRP.

- FIRST INCIDENT OF FEARRP -

You had multiple weapons pointed at you and for 1 whole minute of screaming at you telling you to stop moving and that you have a weapon pointed at you, you did not care at all. (This was in floor 2)

The Nu-7 Major who was there was sick and tired of you breaking FearRP and made a sit against you which is why I froze RP and gave you the warn right there and told you that you have to obey by the FearRP rule and not "wait" to be killed.

Even after I continued the roleplay, you were mixing heavily saying "JOB ABUSE!" "IM CALLING A STAFF!!!" "JOB ABUSE STOP IT"

- SECOND INCIDENT OF FEARRP -

After I brought you down from floor 2 and you were in handcuffs, you were able to escape from me dragging you and I pointed a weapon at you telling you to stop moving and you said "No no it's 1 weapon against me it's not fearrp, shoot me"

Which then I froze roleplay for the second time to explain to you that it is FearRP and a minute later, brought you to a sit room to fully explain to you what FearRP is.

In that sit room, you were very disrespectful and I had to gag you just so you could stay quiet and listen to me.

After that, I told you that if you are to break server rules one more time, you would be banned for NITRP.

And unsurprisingly, you did.

The Nu-7 MJR who was there from the first incident made another report on you for breaking FearRP once again, this is why I decided to ban you for 3 days. @Alpha Toon took that sit.

You've shown to me clearly that you have absolutely 0 intention roleplaying on the server and decided to break rules just because you can and "its not a big issue" apparently for you.

Please go over the server rules once again and if you have any questions about any rule on the server, feel free to ask a staff member in-game.

I can confirm that a sit was made against Nick Bobstein for fearprp to which I responded to. I was spectating the event of multiple nu-7 and gensec holding nick under fearrp before the report was even made and had pulled him to tell him that what he was doing was against the rules. He was very hostile in the sit trying to make his breaking of fearrp valid, to which it wasn't.
