What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a (LOOC) setting to the chat tabs settings.
This is because when you toggle off OOC, it also toggles of LOOC which might cause problems during interrogations and such where they have to tell you something OOC. For example, if a fake CI got ECTed and had their card stripped before the ECT, they need to be able to tell you OOC wise. This is why OOC and LOOC should be different toggles.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Able to see looc when needed without toggling on OOC again.
- Makes the OOC toggle more useful.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Dev Time

Overall, it'll make the OOC toggle more useful when you need to lock in during raids, RP, and such.
