there could already be a press role available in the US server but as of playing for some time in UK scprp, asking others and through playing I've seen no media job whatsoever.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Adds various media jobs, mostly for the foundation but could be possible for team civilian too
- Media jobs would report on site activities as well as any alerts/ warnings that would occur
- Higher media jobs in management would control what ought to be reported inside/outside

Idk if this has been suggested before but I read the support level (image above) and wondered why there is no media job. My suggestion is different as scalability has been taken into account, there is an opportunity to create a department that handles media control in various ways. The idea of journalism in the SCP universe is not new and has been various accounts of reporters knowing too much or scps that are based around media and having staff specialised in technology would help researchers. I thought it would be nice to have this aspect integrated into the server in some way.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+Adds an rp rich job and/or department that is dedicated to supporting the foundation through communication
+Gives new players and opportunity to explore and learn about the facility
+Experienced players can get a breath of fresh air
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- People will minge on this job (but alot of ppl do this across many jobs)
- Media doesn't make sense in scp/why add this role (explained above)
- Some tasks that media would do can be done by other departments
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This role should be at least considered as it would open up more jobs available. With the server expanding with new players, these players might not want to be medics or cooks, so the idea of an additional line of support that is unique would encourage players to stay longer. Likewise, I believe that the positives outweigh the negatives as a lot more good experiences can come from this suggestion than people who would abuse the job. Also....member of the press is added into the support description so why isn't it in yet
