Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?: When I joined this server, I was in it just to see what SCP RP was up to, after that I fell in love with the server, but even more so with ISD. Therefore, I want to thrive in ISD and give back to the people who gave me such a fun time by helping out and giving future and present members of ISD the same experience I got, if not better.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?: I believe I hold the perfect mindset for ISD, I believe at the end of the day a server is meant to be played to have fun, BUT importantly it's also a place of RP and Community. People make mistakes and I am able and willing to inform and teach lower ranks on how things are meant to be done without sending them to jail giving them a negative view on ISD and or on the server as a whole. However, I am also acutely aware when someone is here to cause trouble and or simply doesn't care abought running other people's experience. When this happens, I believe I give Just and Fair punishments that fit the Crime. Lastly, I am more than cable and willing to inform other ISD on the Code of Ethics, Conduct, Legal codex, and server rules as a whole allowing me to assist Agents and Operatives on arrests by listing out punishments for their prisoners' crimes as well as give advice on how to be a better ISD.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?: I believe a Inspector is meant to be played as the middle of the road type of role, someone who can handle most issues and keep others informed on any issues of note. As well as give out orders befitting one's rank with patrol and station postings when needed and on top of all that, one must be a good person and player at the end of the day. Someone who can talk to people in a respectful and calm way and improve the experiences of others.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?: I have not written and Documents due to me never being in a position to do so. However, this does not mean that I cannot or that I am unwilling. A good document is clear and to the point, while expanding on the issues at hand with detail and precision, as well as Gramor and Spelling of course.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?: A Inspector is meant to perform more advance levels of Investigations within the Foundation. Be it MTF, GSD, Research, or ISD itself, a good Inspector can observe, document, record, and send all data to the Internal Security Department without ever being noticed. Besides the idea of being a Bigger and Bader ISD, they also act as almost a middle manager, sorting out problems withing the lower ranks and escalating problems to the Commissioner or DPT Director if needed. They also assist with Tribunals and hearings when needed, as well as setting up check points in the Site when needed. There Last main responsibility is the training of new ISD into the fold.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security: I truly believe that I have shown and demonstrated my leadership skills in the server often, but to put it in to words I believe a good leader can teach and direct people without having to micro mange, that is not to say that a leader should throw there men to the wolves and hope for the best, but teach them how to fight off the wolves without them, as well as guiding them through the woods to their goal. I can do this, and there's no doubt in my mind that I can.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
I was instructed at the University of Toronto in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the age of 23, Apon completion I was approached by a Foundation Recruiter. Where I was shipped off to Site 10 down in [Redacted]. After completing my first 2 years in the foundation I made the request to move back down to Canda, I guess you can say I was home sick, Apon approval of my request I was sent to Site 65 at [Redacted], not exactly home but close enough. Thats, were I spent my time sense, observing test after test making sure Research doesn't summon another [Redacted], or feed any D class to [Redacted] again. I also get a lot of joy watching D Block, making sure that the D classes few remaining rights are Upheld, as well as keeping D class in inner D Block, I still Rember when they snuck in [Redacted] from testing, that was a mess of a day.
