For how long have you played on CG SCP: I have played on this server for almost under a year I believe.
Age: 19
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: EST
Character name(s): Alios Nevara
Civilian name: Alios Nevaraa
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
- Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- None besides SCP-096. I don't play combat roles that much besides external affairs operatives.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I have no warns, kicks, or bans
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
- I am applying for executive researcher because I have played as senior researcher a lot, and felt that it's time to move up the ranks and gain access to more SCPs that I can't normally experiment on as a senior researcher.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
- While I played as a senior researcher, I always made sure to follow in character rules and guidelines and always tried to be respectful around fellow foundation staff. In a majority of my documents, I always give extremely detailed descriptions on how the test went, and what transpired. I also love helping newer researchers understand server rules, and how to make a proper document. One of my hobbies as a researcher is always to find the most unique and outlandish test to perform on SCPs in order to get results that haven't been observed before. As an executive researcher, I will make it my mission to understand the anomalies that are contained within the foundation as clearly as possible, and to help the rest of the research team flourish.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
- Not knowing an exact number, my best guess is around 5-7 excellent documents. What makes a document excellent is the amount of detail and information about a test that is put in. The more effort you put into a document, the easier it will be to read and understand. Good grammar and punctuation is also key for making a document excellent.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
- One of the many responsibilities of an executive researcher is to approve documents created by other researchers. This is crucial as some researchers look up to executives for help with their documents, or just simple approval for tests that would take place in HCZ. On top of approval, an executive would need to look over other researcher's documents and ensure that the test is safe, and follows standard research guidelines. Executives act as a sort of leader towards the research department and are to help other researchers when they are struggling.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
My character Alios Nevara began as a normal college graduate, who obtained a degree in forensics. However, one day after investigating an anomaly that he happened upon, he discovered it's anomalous properties, and turned it over to the police. This immediately got the foundation's attention, but before an officer amnesticized Alios, they were stopped by a man in a suit. This man went up to Alios, and offered him a job at the foundation, with the only downside being that he has a high chance of being killed on the job. Naturally, with the thrill of danger mixed with doing what he loved, Alios accepted his offer, and went to work.
The storylines that Alios Nevara would be involved in are most likely going to be revolving around the biology of SCPs and how they function. This sort of thing has always caught Alios's attention, so therefore that would be the main focus of his studies, and the type of storylines he would involve himself with.
