Denied O-Suit BANSHEE System

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds the BANSHEE system to the O-Suit, the BANSHEE system can be a SWEP which can be edited to affect SCPs or normal human combatants, has a similar effect to 682's roar although it inverts controls. Cooldown could be 5-10 minutes between each use. Passive text could be added to the top of the screen when next to the O-Suit saying something along the lines of "You feel the sudden urge flee"

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I'm not sure if something like this has been suggested although im sure it has

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Aside from making the O-Suit more than just a jugg with an auger, it makes it an even bigger threat to SCPs, it would give the O-Suit more breathing room when being jumped by 2-3 SCPs at a time

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Can make breaches feel unfair to the SCPs especially when their stunned and lose a good bit of HP during that time, when used against human combatants the same could be said

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It makes the O-Suit feel more unique as opposed to a jugg with an auger, makes it a bit more of a challenge for SCPs to deal with, and adds a bit of RP enhancement with the passive text

O-Suit is already powerful enough, so much so it can cause SCPs to think twice before engaging it cause if they do engage it they will lose IMMENSE HP And be a target for other combat units around the O-Suit supporting it, O-Suit can die sure but it will take you long to take it down and thats more than enough time for it to do damage to you and other support units to do the same.

People just hate GOC being the way they should be canonically because "muh balancing". GOC should be OP and should make SCPs, Foundation and CI think twice about fucking with them.

This is said like SCP’s are the ones challenging GOC, when it’s the other way around.
