Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?: Why I want to become a moderator for the server is so that I may address and fix the issues so that people can have a smoother experience overall. As well I want to deal with the issues that I have seen where no action was taken. An example of one such issue would be a Sergeant of security releasing a D-class and then putting them in solitary for no reason late at night when no researchers were on. One way I would hope to fix such issues is being there when it happens as when I was on and this happened there was one staff on at the time. Another way would be to hopefully find a more permanent solution to keep people like that from doing things that they shouldn’t when no one is on. Either by making it harder to achieve such positions with another written test showing how you know the rules. Or by also having people who know your experience and how you roleplay not just how much time you have spent on one job. Generally I just want to make the server run smoother as when it does work cohesively I see roleplay working out and I hope I can add to that by being on at times when no one else can.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: Why I believe I would be able to help with the server and what puts me above other applicants would be first off my strive to see a good server be able to accomplish good roleplay scenarios without any hiccups because at the end of the day that's what we're all here for. Firstly, I would say I would be able to help by being on at times when no one else is typically on. Secondly, I would say what I can help to achieve is to limit the amount of RDM is preformed by security and as well as the amount of job switch abuse from D-class switching to Security for purposes of letting D-class out or other shooting at other security for no reason in roleplay. By being there when it happens, getting video proof and getting the situation dealt with so people can go back and enjoy their roleplay as quick as possible again. What I do believe puts me above other applicants however is me not being afraid to voice my opinion and call someone out for doing something they shouldn’t as I know with newer staff there afraid to be in the wrong and learn from it. I also believe that previous experience puts me above others with maybe more experience than some.
