Accepted OSA Credits

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Allow OSA to credit majority of site-personnel.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe this has been suggested before.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- OSAs work directly below SC but are more active and visible for most site-personnel. It makes little to no sense for them to not be able to credit people doing a good job.
- OSAs currently cannot even credit alpha-1. Something that makes no sense, as I usually credit my escorts.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Could be abused however that would just lead to staff punishments.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
- Gives motivation for foundation personnel to do their job well.

According to SL. Assistants were never meant to be able to credit people and this was due to the fact we were part of the site admin credit that could credit everyone.

This is also the case for both ECA and OSA so if it gets changed for one both should be updated

Completely agree, we all assistants should be able to credit.

OSA's and ECA's complete orders on behalf of site command and should be able to credit people who assist in such orders.

We also create and develop RP and should be able to credit people for involving themselves in such
