PAC LORE: Agent ''Saint'' is a transfer from Site-19 to Site-65 before he started working for the Foundation he was in a lot debt with a cartel. And one night he was kidnapped by the cartel and tortured and when they asked ''Saint'' if he was going to pay this time he said he needed more time so they cut both his arms off and cut his left eye out. The cartel knocked ''Saint'' out then left him in the street. Then someone found him and they rushed him to hospital after awaking the doctors said he would live but he would need a cybernetic eye and arms to live so they gave him what was available but it would cost him over £20000 so he agreed.
