Hailing from a very wealthy British family and living in a very expensive mansion in Canada Foster had always questioned where his family's wealth came from he decided to pursue some leads much against the distaste of his mother and eventually discovered it was part of the anomalous world more specifically selling anomalies as a part of MC&D. Foster was at first excited and started following in the footsteps of his father as his father eventually taught him that he had anomalous reality bending powers. for a couple of years his father taught him the ways to control his powers. One night however Foster caught site of a escort of guards carrying a large grate this confused him since he knew the dates and times for trading so he went up and asked to which they entirely ignored him and carried the crate into the house he followed them from a distance and discovered a secret room of which they left the crate then left. Foster entered the room and decided to look in this crate and was absolutely horrified they weren't just selling of anomalous objects they were selling of anomalous people. foster freed this captive before heading to his fathers study a place he wouldn't have dared step foot before. entering he found it empty and so he went to his fathers desk and tried to log onto his pc finding it locked with a password he didn't know he decided to look through the draws and there he found a document revealing everything. from a young age he was moulded and shaped to try and become a reality bender to try and sell of to the highest bidder. Upon discovering this he looted the office gathering all he could find (roughly 150k a katana and a plague doctor mask and hat) and left the manor. soon he was found wandering onto site where he suspiciously knew a little to much about the secrets of the site for a normal civilian. he was taken in and interrogated where he revealed most of MC&Ds next months transports and locations in return they decided to offer him a position as a JR researcher however due to his knowledge of anomalies he quickly rose to the rank of a Thaumotologist upon the research division recognizing his anomalous expertise and anomalous powers. And so now he works on the site his allegiance to the foundation strong the only thing he wishes is for the humanoid anomalies to be treated with some sort of respect unless they have stepped out of line (ie breached/murdered).
