PAC Request Pac update/Pac request

Tagging threads containing character bios which request approval for in-game PAC designs relating to the description of the character.
The majority of the opinions I'm getting are that this PAC does not resemble a combat medic enough. I'd like for you to look over the combat medic's color scheme and do your best to reflect it. If there's a way for you to also dim the color of your horns just a bit, that would be good too.
