Lore: Jimmy was a promising researcher who suffered a debilitating injury during an experiment gone wrong with SCP-173 in which the surviving two D-class personnel used him as a meat shield to escape from the SCP in question.

Jimmy survived this incident but his spine was severed which almost claimed his life. After this traumatic incident Jimmy was paralyzed from the neck down but wished to continue his work and so with the approval of his higher-ups, the engineers built him a special wheelchair which he can control effortlessly. Since then Jimmy has been working double time to make up for his handicap.

Jimmy has a tough time dealing with his injury and the feeling of inadequacy but still forges on.

First of all this seems more of a "Joke" pac rather than a serious pac request seeing as you choose the name Jimmy "Wheels", Furthermore Disabled pacs are not allowed in this server as ruled by network leadership, And lastly the pac itself provides disadvantage to combatives such as IA/CI/GOC seeing as your base model would just be sitting down when wearing the pac.
