Bio: Padraig Friday or known by colleages as "Scrub" has a generally uninteresting life and background before being offered a job at the Foundation. He was born and raised in Ireland and moved to Canada when he was 16. When he was young he enjoyed the more absurd and unknown things in life like Bigfoot, Banshees, and other things that go bump in the night. He did know they were obviously not real but still enjoyed the idea of it. But when real life happened like things like jobs, school, and taxes came. he took a liking the mundane side of things, whether it's collecting nice looking rocks or writing diaries on his day to day that can really only be sumarised as "Ate breakfast, Saw a dog, Ate dinner, Went to bed". He did discover that he had a real knack for cleaning, he loved doing it. it was the right balance of mundane and interesting. This lead him to start studying for a degree in Hospitality Management and try get a position cleaning or managing cleaning for a well paying company. This lead him to getting a position at the Hilton Hotel in Toronto as a Housekeeper and eligible for promotion to management which he did ending up achieving when he was 23.
That would end up changing when a now terminated Reality Bender made it's way inside the Hilton Hotel and began causing havoc as it attacked hotel staff and guests with weapons it fabricated from it's powers and erasing people with a wave of a hand. Padraig Friday just barely managed to evade the Reality Bender when it started attacking staff and patrons. His now mostly dormant love for the absurd and unknown he had when they were pure fiction in his mind struck back hard but now in the form of survival instinct and wit. In recordings archived by R.A.I.S.A he was seen analysing the Reality Benders actions and used any chance he had to evade the Reality Bender and survive. He even attacked the Reality Bender with a hammer he took from mantainence when he had no other choice but it backfired on him when the Reality Bender broke his hand catching Padraig's second swing at it. Until MTF Pi-1 "City Slickers" made infil and terminated the Reality Bender saving Padraig in the process. Padraig was one of three survivors of the incident and by analysis of the recordings of the event this was mostly due to Padraig planning out his moves almost like he has encountered a Reality Bender before, but investigations show he has never encountered one before. Instead of being amnesticated and processed the Head of Employment decided Padraig would make a great fit for high risk clean up jobs and general site cleaning with potential to be promoted to a managerial position of janitoral because of his certification and experience as middle management for Hilton Hotels.
