LORE: Kitty Salem is a mute observer of all that happens around site. She can be seen trailing after various important members of staff, umbrella open and bright. Almost like shielding her from something unseen...
Her mask, while a direct reference to her name and the connotations that come with it, is able to be removed with little difficulty. Although upon doing so, perhaps you'd rather it be put back on. Her clothing style is immaculate and professional, never dirty or wrinkled, instead a firmly starched blazer and skirt combination with gloves and boots to match. Despite her outwardly strange appearance, Kitty somehow manages to blend seamlessly into the background, like a living shadow.
She never speaks. Never gestures. Never signs or makes any indication of even wanting to communicate, but somehow seems to know everything before you even tell her, that stupid cat mask's buttons glinting with the answers to life's biggest questions. Besides... Even if she could, why would she tell you?
Kitty's whole life revolves around serving. Doing paperwork, organising offices, taking notes, checking projects, watching... She does it all with that eerie silence, and those button eyes watching. And after taking a special interest in the council's O5-7 'The Abdicated Throne', it seems all Kitty is doing is watching these days. Following the overseer around with an almost interested demeanour, leaning forward to listen to each word, steering the overseer away from trouble, even going as far as standing directly behind the poor guy to make sure she doesn't miss a single second of their day together...
