Question about 096's picture spawn mechanic.

Has anybody else noticed that when you breach as 096 via a photo being spawned, the moment you are bucketed your photo de-spawns in the hud ui up top?
Genuinely curious if any developers or SL could explain to me if this is intentional or not, I cant see why it would be and I am leaning more so towards a bug.

Oh alright, thanks for this, Seems kind of annoying though, but I could see how it would just be exploited if it was dropped in like say D-block pit.
