List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
DEA Operator

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Yes, I believed, received a Fail rp warning. A little background on the warning, I was playing as a para watcher and snuck into the Site. While, I was by Check Point Charlie, there was 3 ISD agents they tried to stop me. I took off running and ran behind the wall and pulled my weapon and jumped around the wall and killed one of them. It was on me, I should have fear rp myself and did not. During the sit, I admitted to what I have done. Other then that, I have not gotten in trouble or even pulled into sits for that matter or any matter.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

Why am I applying for internal Security Inspector? Well, for starters I am applying cause I want to advance within in the ISD department. Ever since, I switch over from being a DEA operator and main only ISD now, I fell in love with it. My goal is eventual become a commissioner one day and train and improve the department any way I can. Next reason, is the sole fact this will open up more doors for me. Another reason, is the sole purpose I can put my two sense when problems occur within the inner departmental things . As well, as a Inspector this will allow me to teach the other Investigators and or Operators/Agents, defusal tactics. Lastly, what most people think, you get to be a level 4 within the facility.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Topic:
There are many things that make me suitable for Internal Security Inspector. Today I am going to list 3 major components and explain each one. They are as follows, activity, dedication, and lastly maturity.

Activity:
Now, what do you think when someone says they are active. They are on almost everyday? Is it they are just being on the game, is it just being on the team and chill. Well, I can tell you that all of these are put together. Now, the reason why I put activity for the big reason is that in order for you to be a good Inspector, you need to be active so that you you can help the department, when they need it. I believe that I am a good choice for being a Inspector, cause I try to get on everyday and to either chill with the other ISD members or help out new ISD or even current ones. Don't get me wrong, there is so much for me to learn about being active. I am always willing to work on it and improve my activity.

Dedication:
When you got activity under your belt you, also got the dedication. In my eyes, I got the dedication to this department. I try to connect with new ISD members by showing them routes of what the department has to offer and how this server run things. Now, I also show my dedication to this department by trying to find the people who break the code of codex and make sure, that everyone is following the rules set forth by Site admins + I believe that every little bit helps. I will also show dedication to this department by trying to make some good documents to help those under me. Lastly I have shown dedication to this department by how well I am doing within a investigation that I am currently conducting with the others.

Maturity:
Now, Maturity that is a big thing when it comes to being a inspector or even in ISD. Because, you have to have maturity in order to keep your cool and be the best ISD to your ability. I do have the maturity for being a Inspector. Don't get me wrong, I do joke sometimes but when it comes to serious moments I get right down to it. I also believe my ability to adapt and change comes with a good maturity level.

Conclusion:
In conclusion I would be a good person to be next Inspector, cause I got the maturity level, the dedication and the activity. I want to put this out there. I got grammar, it could be better. I am always willing to learn and adapt to it. I am not saying I am perfect at all. I am always willing to improve my skills any way I can.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
TOPIC:
A ideal internal Security inspector are the active, leadership abilities, dedication.

Active:
For starters a ideal Internal Security Inspectors are supposed to be active within the department. This is pretty much self explanatory, cause how you expected to do your job or even achieve your goals as a inspector if you are not active. How are you expected to get new agents into the department. There is many others reason's why you should be active but, that list would be all the way down to the north pole.

Leadership Abilities:
Next thing that describes a ideal of Internal Security Inspector is having the leadership. This one I do believe is the most important one out of all of the other reasons. Have that leadership quality will go a long way, cause as a Inspector those under you will look up to you for judgment, orders, ect. As a Inspector, you are watching over the investigators, operatives/agents. As well, within in the leadership this will help you with hosting trainings and or lectures.

Dedication:
Dedication kind of goes along with active and in some aspects leadership abilities. As a inspector, you must have dedication for not the department but for your self. Cause you are the first line of leadership within the department and if you have dedication to improve the department and improve the members within it, then you will make a good inspector.

Conclusion:
In Conclusion dedication, leadership abilities and lastly being active will describe the ideal Internal Security Inspector. All of these go hand to hand with each other. There may be others but, these are the 3 important ones in my eyes and my mind.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
To be honest, I have not written any major roleplaying serving document's.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The responsibilities of a Internal Security Inspector in RP are to watch over Investigators and operatives/Agents . Not only watching over them, but maintaining control of them within RP, making sure they are not losing their handle or emotions. Another responsibility is hosting trainings and or training new agents that come into the ISD. Playing as a supervisor role within the department in rp if someone request it. Lastly is coordinating the personnel under you.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I would be good holding a leadership position, cause I am very good at teaching defusal tactics. Another reason, I have the ability to stay cool even if someone is disrespecting me. I have held other leadership position in other servers and games, so that would just come second nature. Lastly, I am always asking question to get a very good understanding of ISD department, this shows that I am eager to learn the ins and out of the department. Therefor I can take what I have learned and teach the new people and help them become the best of themselves.
