Denied Radios for Researcher Jobs

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds a radio to the loudouts of most Researcher jobs (preferably Researcher+).

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

• Easy to implement.
• Allows easier communication throughout the research.
• Easier to do tests where communication with test subjects. For example, say a D-Class Scout subject in SCP-087.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

• The use cases for this are fairly minimal.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I cannot think of any overall harm implementing this would cause, and I believe in the few cases where it would be helpful will help to improve RP and communication. Communication is an important part of research, expanding the methods of communication will help with RP.

i'd imagine a researcher wouldn't need a radio on hand with access to comms anyway unless testing
