Denied Ranger Horses

What this suggestion adds:
horse addon
Adds a rideable horse NPC. Horses are large, killable and relatively weak. Rangers can spawn them from the vehicle spawns. Much slower than vehicles but much more maneuverable. The horse can jump a small distance. The rider can shoot while on the horse. Comparably small addon size (13MB). Cool and fun. Thematically appropriate.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:

1. Easy content update for rangers without too much dev work
2. Enhances RP (no further explanation needed)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

1. Performant moving NPCs
2. Conflicts with other addons

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted?:
The addon is really light and would make surface not super barren all the time by incentivizing ranger patrol RP on really cool horses

Horses are fucked up in GMOD and may cause crashes


Note: just saw the addon, i remember crashing a server with it by accident

Implementing a new non-compatible with the server vehicle/NPC entity will always cause issues. No deep explanation needed for that.
