What will you do to stop this from happening again: Be more aware with my actions and insure that when i do kill someone, it is within right reason
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I think i got just a verbal warning for info i was not supposed to know
Why should you be unbanned: I didnt intend to leave to avoid punishment, i killed him as a joke as 457 was burning us all, which was stupid on my part, but i had left to restart my computer due to a activate windows popup showing up in the bottom right, likely because i took my pc into repairs recently, which worked. i will fully take responsibility for the RDM, but my intent was never to leave to avoid the punishment. i had been meming and playing around with him before, which is why i thought it would be fine, which is why i had left in the first place.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will be mindful of what I'm doing with other people and not just break a rule because i think we are cool with eachother
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I heavily enjoy this server and recently have spent the bulk of my time there.

Hi there @ChaosInsurgency , I banned you when for rdm and ltap was because you killed another d class, logs did you show he was revived and you punched him afterwards. I brought you into a sit and then you left. I waited for you to return per our policy of waiting 10 minutes. I did check to see if you were on and did not see your name pop up, if you were on and for some reason i couldn't find you i do apologize for that. So that is why i banned you per the reasons.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reviewing both sides of what has occurred, as well as taking into consideration the amount of time left on your ban, I have decided to decline you appeal for now. Whilst I can appreciate that the RDM was on the minor scale, D-Class should never kill each other, even if they are meming around.

Whilst I can appreciate this would be disappointing for you, you should take the time until the ban expires to review the rules so that when you come back in the next 24 hours, this doesn't occur again.
